Kai does the practical work — with full disclosure
Phone calls happen in polite Japanese, and every one opens by saying it's an assistant calling on your behalf — never pretending to be you. Research and paperwork come with every fact cited to the official source and the date it was retrieved. If your question crosses into licensed territory, Kai stops and prepares a handoff instead.
You receive confirmation and next steps
A confirmed booking arrives as a confirmation page plus a calendar file. Paperwork arrives as a step-by-step plan in dependency order — which counter, which forms, what to bring. An escalation arrives as an organized document pack and a free referral to a licensed professional.
The lines Kai never crosses
- Never decides your immigration eligibility, or gives legal, tax, or medical advice. Those questions trigger the escalation flow, not an improvised answer.
- Never calls your bank, immigration, or an insurer pretending to be you. Every call Kai makes opens with the assistant disclosure — and it doesn't call regulated institutions in your name at all.
- Never asks for or accepts your passwords, banking logins, or My Number. There is no flow in the product that takes them.
- Never promises an outcome. No "your visa will be approved." Anyone promising you that is selling something else.
- Always cites the official source and retrieval date for every procedural fact.
- Always preserves Japanese originals alongside translations — only the originals have legal effect.
- Always hands you to a licensed professional the moment the stakes demand one — free, as Japanese law requires (Attorney Act, Art. 72).
